Members of the Multiple Listing Service in Rockland. Our office is located at 51 Lafayette Avenue, in the heart of Historical downtown Suffern. A total of 12 licensed Real Estate Associates service these counties with it's Principal Broker licensed in both New York and New Jersey, Patricia A. Delaney, M.B.A., G.R.I. Our expertise is focused in residential real estate sales, and relocation (homes, townhouses, condominiums, co-operatives and land investments). We are members of a national warranty service called called HMS Home Warranty. This service provides a one year complementary warranty to new homebuyers. We also refer our customers to qualified financial brokers who provide mortgage pre-approvals and financial advise throughout the home buying or selling process. Our goal for 2006 includes establishing a branch office in Orange County to capitalize on the on the vast and continuing expansion booming in the area. The primary objective of this new office will be the expansion of our commercial division. Delaney Realty's effectiveness as a tri-county concept has been immediate. Due to the proximity to Manhattan and Westchester and Bergen counties for business opportunities, this area is projected to continue on the upswing. |
